| Blue Dart Recertified and Awarded ISO 9001 |
- Continues to set standards in Quality and Service excellence -
Blue Dart Express Limited, India's leading express company received its ISO 9001 re-certification for another three years. In 1996, Blue Dart Express Limited, was the first express company in India to receive an ISO 9001 certification for countrywide operations. Continuing the same trend, the recent re-certification is another Milestones achieved by Blue Dart and endorses the high standards of Quality set by the company in the express industry.
The certification was awarded after rigorous audits by the Internationally renowned firm - Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. Unlike the ISO 9002 and 9003, ISO 9001 takes a more holistic approach and encompasses design aspect also. The Blue Dart Express Limited Quality management system is applicable to Design, management and operations of country wide express transportation service and to international destinations services through multinational express company on principal to principal basis.
