| Blue Dart Increases Fleet Capacity - Acquires Third Aircraft |

Blue Dart, India's largest integrated air express & logistics company, has acquired
its 3rd aircraft as part of its expansion drive and fleet enhancement. The Boeing
737 has undergone conversion at a DGCA & FAA approved facility in the USA to
adapt to the requirements of an express carrier, and has recently returned to
India.The aircraft has been acquired by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary,
Blue Dart Aviation, and has obtained its Certificate of Air Worthiness from the Civil
Aviation Authorities of the Government of India.
